Billing Policy

This Billing Policy describes how Cosmic ("we," "us," or "our") handles payments and billing for Cosmic External license purchases. Cosmic uses a pay-as-you-go model. Each purchase is a one-time payment for a fixed license term. There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
One-Time License Purchases
When you checkout, you pay once for the license term you select. Your license remains active until that term expires. When your license expires, access ends until you purchase a new license.
- Weekly license: One-time payment for 7 days of access from activation.
- Monthly license: One-time payment for 30 days of access from activation.
Prices displayed at checkout include applicable taxes where required by law, unless otherwise stated. You will not be charged again unless you choose to buy another license.
Payment Methods
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other options provided by our payment processors. Payments are processed according to the selected payment provider's requirements and policies.
Authorization and Charges
By completing a purchase, you authorize a single charge for the license price shown at checkout. A confirmation email containing your license key and order details is sent upon successful payment. Charges appear on your statement under the merchant name associated with our payment processor.
No Automatic Renewal
Cosmic does not store payment methods for recurring billing and does not automatically renew or extend licenses. You are responsible for purchasing a new license before or after your current term expires if you wish to continue using the Software.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails at checkout, no license is issued and no charge is completed. Common reasons include insufficient funds, card issuer declines, or incorrect billing details. You may retry checkout with a valid payment method.
Price Changes
We may change license pricing at any time. Price changes apply to new purchases only and do not affect licenses already paid for.
Taxes and Currency
Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction that are not collected at the point of sale. Currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact billing@cosmic-panel.xyz within 30 days of the transaction date. Include your order reference, license key, and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. We encourage direct contact before initiating chargebacks, as unauthorized disputes may result in account suspension.
Invoices and Receipts
Purchase confirmations and receipts are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. If you need a duplicate receipt, contact billing@cosmic-panel.xyz with your order details.
